What we did
The main works comprise of construction of two towers of thirty stories, a helipad and associated civil works.
Construction is mainly framed with column bases and columns in foundations, hollow pot suspended slabs, machine cut stones to walls for the structure. Roof construction shall be waterproofed solid slabs.
Finishes will be alucobond. Internally wall finishes are painting and tiling to wet areas. Floor finishes are mainly porcelain floor tiles, non-slip ceramic tiles and laminate boards floor finish. Ceilings are plaster and paint to exposed concrete soffits, gypsum and acoustic board ceilings. Windows are aluminium and steel windows and curtain walling. Doors are solid core flush doors, roller shutters, mild steel sliding doors, aluminium glazed doors.
Civil works include; road works, foul water drainage and rehabilitation of the water reticulation work.
